Marriage Ceremony fee is $300 including GST within Fort McMurray. Additional costs will apply for travel outside city limits.

 

Ceremony rates include:

• Initial consultation

• Collaboration with the couple to customize marriage ceremony

• Assistance with writing vows (if needed) 

• Officiating the marriage ceremony

• Civil marriage statement 

• Submission of a completed marriage licence to Alberta Vital Statistics 

• Follow-up with the couple after the wedding day

Fees are payable to Ashifa Pocsai by either Email money transfer or cash.

​

• Deposit of $100 is required at time of booking to secure wedding date and time; the remainder is due one week prior to the wedding day.

​

• An additional $75 for attendance to the wedding rehearsal.

​

• If there is a delay in the ceremony by more than 20 minutes, an additional charge of $100 will be applied.

​

• An additional $80 if the commissioner is required to bring the witnesses.

 

 Every effort is made to accommodate last minute ceremonies. All ceremonies are booked by appointment only.

 

Cancellation Policy:
Any booked civil marriage appointment can be canceled, up to and including the day of the ceremony. All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $100 fee. Marriage licence fees are non-refundable.
